- Process Optimisation and Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse and optimise logistics processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operational workflows
- Ground Operations Improvement: Take a hands-on approach, willing to get your hands dirty, to identify, propose, and implement improvements in ground operations for a more streamlined and effective workflow
- Data Analysis: Utilise Python and SQL to extract, transform, and analyse data, providing insights to drive informed decision-making
- Project management: Design initiatives, track timelines, and assess impacts. Resolve issues effectively to ensure the successful execution of projects
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree, expected graduation in 2024 or recent graduates, preferably in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Curiosity and Passion: Exhibit curiosity, passionate to understand the whys, and dedicated to solving problems and creating impact
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Hands-On Approach: Willing to get your hands dirty and work with ground ops, to implement improvements. Some travel will be required
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in operational processes
