Job Description:
- Develop Operation Excellence strategy and implementation plan inline with company's objectives
- Drives Continuous Improvement initiatives implementation which leads to SLA improvements, quality improvements, productivity gain and cost reduction
- Accountable for maintaining and developing Operation System (i.e FMS) to support operations
- Accountable for Operation Performance Management in terms of visibility and data readiness to support operation improvement and decision making
- Ensure regular Operation Quality Assessment are done and to work with Operation to improve the quality
- Ensure SOP and WI for operations are available and updated according to the latest process change
Requirements:
- At least has 5 years of experiences in Express Company/Logistics Company as an Operation Excellence Manager
- At least a Bachelor degree from any major
- Understand and having experiences on Process Improvement (LEAN, Six Sigma Black Belt preferred), Project Management, Financial analysis
- Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills (Kaizen & Lean skills are preferred)
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Expert Facilitator and able to manage all stakeholders
- Lead by example (hands-on) leadership style who can show operation solution in the floor
- Understand and having experiences on Implementing & Improving Transport / Freight Management System (TMS/FMS)
- Placement at North Jakarta and Willing to travel
