As the Operations & CS Manager, you will be responsible for the end to end supply chain management, mainly logistics, warehouse and customer service.

Description
- Oversee and lead the logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer service team,
- Ensure a smooth full order cycle
- Be responsible for the communication with suppliers, vendors and clients.
- Ensure an optimal inventory level in each branch for all SKUs.
- Set up appropriate SOP and adjust accordingly.
- Set up KPI metrics and analyze data to assess performance and improvements.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with track record in similar industry and have leadership experience.
- Have experience from both Multinational and Local company.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management software and ERP systems for inventory control and logistics planning.
- Hands-on, flexible and is a team player.
- English is a must
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
