Uraian Tugas

Supervising and managing the staff, including recruiting, training, and scheduling employees
Overseeing inventory management, including ordering products, tracking stock levels, and restocking when necessary
Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized at all times
Developing and implementing policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity
Maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring that all customers receive the highest level of service possible
Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales
Ensuring that all products are properly displayed and marketed to customers
Working closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Developing and managing budgets, including monitoring expenses and revenue and making adjustments as needed

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years' of leadership and project management experience perferably in a retail or operations
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and employees at all levels
Knowledge of fashion and customer service best practices
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving overall store performance
Experience in budgeting and financial management
Ability to work weekends and holidays, as needed.
