Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Operational Monitoring: Assist in the daily monitoring of loan processing systems to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively. Report any issues to senior team members promptly.
- Data Management: Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan applications, approvals, and performance metrics. Ensure data integrity across all operational systems.
- Customer Support: Provide first-level support to internal teams and external partners regarding operational queries. Escalate more complex issues as needed.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the identification and implementation of operational process improvements. Participate in projects aimed at enhancing system capabilities and user experience.
- Training and Compliance: Complete all required operational training and stay informed about relevant regulatory and compliance guidelines. Assist in ensuring all operations are compliant with these standards.
- Collaboration and Feedback: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support operational needs. Collect feedback from users and internal teams to suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in operations, particularly within a fintech, banking, or startup environment is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of financial services and loan processing operations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Proactive learning attitude with the willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems. .
