What you will do :
- Responsible for Partnership with Academics Institutions (Focus on University, institutions) in the Sumatera Region.
- Understand and strategize market penetration strategy in the Sumatra region.
- Responsible for growing presence in the Sumatra region.
- Responsible for building the Sales Team in the Sumatra Region.
- Responsible for creating an Incentive Scheme for the Sales Team in the Sumatra Region.
- Working Internally to increase the effectiveness of the Partnership.
What you will need :
- Have at least 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Partnership field
- Bachelor's Degree from a related field (Master degrees / S2 are preferable)
- Experience in selling products or services to universities
- Have a good relationship or connection with a well-known University in Sumatera
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google equivalent
- Have the ability to work independently
- Have a good communication skills
- Have a can-do attitude
- Experience in managing sales team / freelance is a plus
- Experience in selling software is a plus
- Experience as a university lecturer is a plus
- Coming from Sumatera / Native Sumatera is a plus
