What you will do:
Responsible for Partnership with Academics Institutions (Focus on University, institutions) in the Sumatera Region. Understand and strategize market penetration strategy in the Sumatra region. Responsible for growing presence in the Sumatra region. Responsible for building the Sales Team in the Sumatra Region. Responsible for creating an Incentive Scheme for the Sales Team in the Sumatra Region. Working Internally to increase the effectiveness of the Partnership.
What you will need:
Have at least 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Partnership field Bachelor's Degree from a related field (Master degrees / S2 are preferable) Experience in selling products or services to universities Have a good relationship or connection with a well-known University in Sumatera Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google equivalent Have the ability to work independently Have a good communication skills Have a can-do attitude Experience in managing sales team/freelance is a plus Experience in selling software is a plus Experience as a university lecturer is a plus Coming from Sumatera / Native Sumatera is a plus Powered by Jazz HR
