We are seeking immediately to hire experienced Parts Admin base in Jakarta with the following qualifications and experiences.
Responsibilities:
- To assist Parts Manager to monitor the Administrative Operation.
- To discuss with Parts Manager and prepare reports to management.
- To analyse stock of parts & review monthly stock orders for branches via the current software system.
- To ensure adequate stockholding of parts in Jakarta & branches.
- To ensure Purchase Orders received from customers are processing on time & accurately.
- To ensure customers payment on time.
- To be responsible for parts costing.
- Proper and efficient control of movement of parts to branches.
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities that will be given by the employer from time to time.
Requirements:
- Age maximum 30 years old.
- Minimum diploma/bachelor degree with 3 years working experience in administration, logistics or shipping knowledge.
- Meticulous with good communication skills, interpersonal skills and computer literate.
- Proficient in both written & spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
