Responsibilities :
- Managing employee database on HRIS
- Analyze & gather insight from company's People Data
- Support daily, monthly, yearly report for any stakeholder
- Responsible in handling PPH 21 transaction
- Handling end to end payroll process and related task
- Providing data analytics tools or sheet to support daily task
Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in related field
- Have a good knowledge on Income Tax PPh 21, Tax Treaty, HR Operations and Data Management
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferable from banking industry
- Having intermediate knowledge in Accounting and Taxation
- Willingness to learn new skill and experience Detailed oriented and love with numbers
- Having good communication skill and capable in working both individual and in a team
