Job Scope:
Product Manager responsible to develop the server business in Indonesia. Carrying quota from Head Quarter. The Product Manager has to achieve the target number through direct Sales and Channel Sales.
Job Descriptions:
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates products in the market.
- Sales/channel enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales/channel and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of the product.
- Creating and monitoring strategic initiatives/projects to ensure a high success rate to achieve the targeted quota.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in Server business as Product Manager or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Ability to work well in a team (marketing and cross-functional) environment.
- Strong track-record in leadership of teams and projects, including formulation of strategic and tactical plans.
- Self-starter and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability and desire to work on both a strategic and tactical level with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects.
- Fluent in English.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
