Job Tasks
- Build and execute a product launch plan and sales training modules
- Responsible for translating complex scientific and medical publications into clear sales messages and positioning and doing a regular training module
- Develop programs and initiatives that improve customer experience
- Engage and travel with field sales representatives to understand the current selling environment, competitive products, and customer needs.
- Manages activities related to the development and execution of strategic and tactical marketing plans.
- Deeply understand the product workflow and technical details from a customer perspective.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Pharmaceutical (Ethical product) is required (minimum 1 year)
- Experience in training and product presentation
- Drive for Results– Quality results and routinely evaluate their effectiveness to achieve continuous improvement.
- Communications – Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
