Job Description
- Conduct site analysis, market feasibility study and financial projection for potential Data Center investment.
- Identify target markets, assess market trends, and formulate a comprehensive pricing model.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, brokers, and industry partners.
- Lead due diligence on potential acquisition opportunities or partnership.
- Negotiate and structure deals, including purchase agreements, leases, and other contractual arrangements.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with finance teams to secure necessary funding and approvals for projects.
