Job Description:
Behalf on our client, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager / Operational Manager to oversee and ensure the successful execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing work methods, implementing the S-curve, and coordinating activities with Bowheer, main contractors, and subcontractors. Monitoring work progress, managing documents such as BAPP and BAST, reviewing working drawings, and preparing monthly project progress reports are key aspects of this role. Additionally, the candidate should analyse project data, including working drawings, BoQ, BoM, and Technical Specifications.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering (other disciplines will not be considered).
- A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Civil Engineer in steel construction or 8 years in civil building construction (preferably with experience in steel construction).
- Direct on-site experience is essential.
- Proficient in administration tasks such as manpower planning, time scheduling, implementing existing SOPs, and effectively managing projects. Must be capable of providing solutions to project challenges.
- Willingness to travel for business trips outside the city.
- Strong communication, leadership, discipline, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are crucial for this role.
