The position undertakes a range of project coordination, identifying, research, analysis, solving problem, reporting, implementation, monitoring, and updates including administrative activities to support the development and delivery of projects. To ensure that the project is to be in line with the its approved objectives, plan, cost and timeline.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide project and operational support including monitoring and reporting plans, milestones and deliverables
- Update and collage documentation and records regarding relevant issues, database, policies and practices to ensure the delivery of projects
- Assist the project leader and team members to complete tasks
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders to provide updates regarding project status and implementation issues
- Provide a range of secretarial and administrative assistance, including coordinating meetings, preparing papers/presentation, travel, meeting and event arrangements
- Seek information, data and necessary insight to support the project team
- Liaise with internal and external parties i.e. vendors, investor , associations, local authorities, consultants as required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Commerce/Economy, Administration. Professional certification in project management would be an advantage
- At least 2 years of working experience in project management role or similar experience with direct report to senior management/executives.
- Ability to manage priorities and time efficiently in order to meet deadline
- Good communication skill including correspondence both in Indonesian and English
- Strong problem solving skill
- Ability to transform an ambiguous business or product problem into a well-scoped and impactful analysis
- Comfortable working with minimal guidance, fast and agile learner.
- Collaborative, humble and good interpersonal skill
- Willing to travel for business purpose within Indonesia and overseas
- Experience command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and managing database
- Experience in working with support tasks in the areas of procurement, contract management and budget
