Within the context of the QA Department’s Operating Plan, to provide managerial leadership to the QA team, and a quality mindset to all employees to establish and implement QA systems and programs to ensure finished garments meet the quality expectations of the Plant’s customers.
Job Descriptions
- Develop and implement the QA system in accordance with the Group’s standards. Implement Group-wide initiatives to enhance the QA system
- Auditing: Personally audit and hold the direct team accountable for following the standard procedures set in the Group QA system.
- Training: Collaborate with PMC to provide training on customer’s quality standards to QA & QC teams and all relevant functions such as Production, Lab, etc. Hold regular examinations to assess understanding.
- Quality Reports: Regularly review internal and customer quality reports, and identify quality trends and improvement opportunities.
- Problem Resolution: Collaborate with other functions to identify root causes to quality issues and provide support in developing solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience in related field for 7 years
- Master about Quality Management System in Garment Industry
- Know about tools, concepts and methodologies of Quality principal
- Preferable have certification on an advantage Quality system (e.g. Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Advance computer skill,
- Fluent English
