- Answer incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of caller and forward calls to appropriate personnel or departments
- Greet all incoming guests, visitors professionally, determines purpose of visit
- Perform various front desk duties including handling & re-directing mail, messages and courier deliveries
- Diploma degree or equivalent
- Previous experience as receptionist, administrative, clerical position preferred
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Able to communicate in English
- Good in communication & interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Multitask & punctual
