Recruitment Associate  

Job Description

1. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including but not limited to: collecting applications, coordinating candidate assessments, conducting reference checks, negotiating offers, managing deployments, and facilitating onboarding contracts.
2. Screen and review both online and walk-in applications, meticulously evaluating factors such as job experience, education, training exposure, skills, and abilities to create a shortlist of potential candidates for initial interviews.
3. Coordinate with Sales Managers to endorse qualified applicants, ensuring alignment with departmental needs and objectives.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between applicants, Sales Managers, Division Heads, and other relevant stakeholders, providing regular updates on the status of ongoing searches.
5. Develop and implement effective induction programs tailored to the needs of new recruits, staff, apprentices, and graduate trainees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field preferred
2. Open for Fresh Graduates
3. Above-average communication and interpersonal skills
4. Good facilitation and interviewing skills
5. Strong administration skills
