Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including but not limited to: collecting applications, coordinating candidate assessments, conducting reference checks, negotiating offers, managing deployments, and facilitating onboarding contracts.
- Screen and review both online and walk-in applications, meticulously evaluating factors such as job experience, education, training exposure, skills, and abilities to create a shortlist of potential candidates for initial interviews.
- Coordinate with Sales Managers to endorse qualified applicants, ensuring alignment with departmental needs and objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between applicants, Sales Managers, Division Heads, and other relevant stakeholders, providing regular updates on the status of ongoing searches.
- Develop and implement effective induction programs tailored to the needs of new recruits, staff, apprentices, and graduate trainees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
