RECRUITMENT, TRAINING & PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT STAFF
Job Description :
- Conduct Recruitment selection process (Sort the candidates on the job portal or email, review applicants resume, Psychological Test and Interview)
- Administration of employees from the beginning of recruit, until joining the company, administration (employe contract, updating databases internall)
- Process recruitment for supervisor and manager level
- Handle for onboarding program for new employee
- Report local employee for HQ, and report HR/month
- Handle employee promotion, transfer and mutation (Conduct assessment test for employee promotion)
- Manage outsourcing employee and support for manage canteen provider
Qualification :
- Minimum education Bachelor degree from any educational background
- able to operate computer well (Microsoft Office) OA, Talenta System, Internet and able to handle recruitment social media (Instagram, Twitter, and Linkedin)
- Cheerful, patient, enthusiastic, and willing to learn with hard work, and good public speaking
- Can speak English fairly and well
- Have a positive attitude and mindset
- Able to work with all teams to receive complaints and be oriented to better service in the company
- Able to be a good listener and always aware that every human being is full of shortcomings, so that he has the determination to solve every problem based on solutions
