AlamatRequirement :
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree In Law.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the same position / similar position.
- In-depth knowledge of the current industries standards and regulations related
- Certified compliance professional is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude, flexible, proactive, self-motivated and detailed oriented with strong sense of responsibility and able to work with minimum supervision
Job Desc :
- Provides Regulatory & Compliance assistance, support, and administration to the stakeholders.
- Develop and implement company policies and regulations
- Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements
- Coordinate with different department managers to review all departmental compliance policies
- Perform periodic audits on company procedures and processes
- Support ad-hoc compliance review / project / task
