Job summary
Temenos is looking for a talented Sales Account ManagerThe role involves driving the adoption and growth of their Transact & Infinity offeringThe candidate will work with existing clients to build relationships and close deals
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Articulate and demonstrate Temenos solutions through strategic value-based selling• Build strong business cases and develop a return-on-investment analysis• Create and execute account plans to address tactical and strategic opportunities• Work with customer stakeholders to understand their bank's strategy, challenges, and opportunities• Partner with technical and non-technical executives to support their transformation journey• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and track quarterly forecasts/revenue• Ensure timely collection of bills and handle support escalations• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales cycles• Advocate for customer needs and deliver the highest level of customer advocacy
Requirements
• In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, trends, challenges, and innovations• Proven track record of success in selling complex software solutions to the financial services sector• Consultative sales approach and excellent communication/problem-solving skills• Ability to translate business requirements into value propositions• Data-driven with the ability to use data to engage clients and drive action• Able to navigate change and deal with ambiguity• Passion for selling and fluency in English and Bahasa• Knowledge of local banking and a business/technical background• University degree in a related field, global mindset and international experience preferred

• In-depth knowledge of financial services industry• Proven track record of selling complex software solutions• Consultative sales approach• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Data-driven mindset• Fluency in English and Bahasa• Knowledge of local banking• Business and technical background• University degree• Global mindset and international experience (preferred)
