Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Surabaya. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and upselling, resolving client issues in a timely and efficient manner, providing support to the sales team, and maintaining accurate client records.
