Responsibilities
- Manage and develop client's personal investment, ensuring customer satisfaction and business objectives are met.
- Communicate actively with potential and existing clients to understand and provide solutions needed.
- Monitor the Customer Relationship Management system to ensure the data accuracy of all clients.
- Involved in strategic development and implementation to maintain and expand relationships with clients.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on market dynamics, company activities, and product offerings.
- Complete other client-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- At least one year experience or more of client management in a futures and forex trading company (specifically for the forex market).
- Experience in the fields of financial investment, gold and Forex is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Proficient in operating customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Skills in communication and negotiation with clients, able to handle clients problems and challenges independently.
- Great teamwork, able to work together with internal teams and external partners.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
