Responsibilities:
- Overall Operations Management. Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as restaurant policies and procedures
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue, such as upselling, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Set sales targets and monitor performance against goals, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
- Supervise front-of-house staff to ensure excellence in customer service, including greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing concerns.
- Train and coach staff on proper table manners, etiquette, and service standards, emphasizing professionalism and attention to detail.
- Monitor table turnover and wait times to optimize seating efficiency and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, soliciting feedback and addressing any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Work with the marketing and sales team to develop and implement promotional campaigns, events, and partnerships to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Manage administrative tasks such as sales reports, inventory, and record keeping to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
