Risk Management & Compliance Manager

You will be the Subject Matters Expert and Primary Driver for the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management. Strategist for the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management, align with Regulator and adjusted with company's specific condition. You will responsible to:

1. Master Enterprise Risk Management Framework, Policy, Procedures and all relevant documents as per Group and Regulator. In addition, identifying gaps in the implementation against regulations, standardized methodology and/ or best practice and planning for practicable improvements.
2. Drive an effective implementation of Enterprise Risk Management, across the Company, in line with Group and Regulatory Governance Framework principle and Policy.
3. Act as the Subject Matters Expert and perform specific financial risks and ensure risk exposure is not higher than business risk appetite.
4. Deliver accurate, timely, and good quality of regular reports (both internal and external reports), as required by Group and Regulator.
5. Dealing with and maintaining good communication with Regulator and Association.

We are looking for Talent with:

• Bachelor degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting
• Experience min 8 years in Enterprise Risk Management implementation and its regulations also the measurement tools/simulations.
• Strong background in Financial Services regulations, Operational Risk, Market Liquidity Risk, Asset Liabilities Management
• Experienced and familiar with Financial Service regulators and its regulations.
• Have Risk Management Certification Level 2.
• Good in managing people, communication skill and collaboration in diversity.
