Sales And Marketing Officer

•  Develop and execute comprehensive Sales and Marketing plans to drive villa rental bookings and revenue growth.

• Build relationship with clients and assist them with their needs and complaints.

• Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content, to showcase our properties and services.

• Coordinate site visits and property tours for clients, offering exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the booking process.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of bookings and guest experiences.

• Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports and analysis to management.

• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing in the hospitality or real estate industry.

• Strong initiative and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, to achieve sales targets and objectives.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
