Responsibilities:
- According to the company's strategy, plan development strategies and operational plans to promote and ensure the smooth completion of business targets.
- Actively seek new cooperation opportunities for the company; achieve annual business goals and customer growth rates; report weekly sales activity records to management; collect information on major competitors and customers.
- Able to work efficiently with various teams.
- Responsible for negotiating quotations, contracts, and follow-up work with customers
- Track sales and handle customer feedback and complaints.
- Integrate company resources to meet business goals and customer satisfaction; good interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor's degree or above in management, marketing, or pharmaceutical related majors,
- Basic English proficiency, and Chinese proficiency is preferred.
More than 2 - 3 years of channel sales (have experience in the pharmaceutical industry, health products industry and customer resources with chain channels are preferred) - Has a strong market awareness, can effectively grasp customer psychology, and has a keen market sense.
- Can accept certain work pressure, have a strong willingness and ability to learn, have strong teamwork ability, and can adapt to frequent short-term business trips;
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and execution, identify with corporate culture and values.
