Responsibilities
Responsible for establishing the sales channel of P2P Company, expanding the cooperation channel combining the local market trend in Indonesia and the product features of the company, cooperating the Head office to formulate the expansion strategy of the related business and supporting the achievement of Sales targets, customer quality, sales cost.
1) Channel development : establish the channel within channel strategy (internal channel, outsource, partnership/third party cooperation channel), build customer acquiring path, sales mode, sales process.
2) Channel maintenance and strategy adjustment: responsible for all cooperation channel target achievement, channel optimization, follow up and feedback problem during the business cooperation in time, and issue the solutions to build the friendly cooperation.
3) Sales Team building&management: establish the sales team within channel expansion strategy, build tele-marketing sales team to support customer application service.
4) Brand&Marketing : Develop media advertising strategy, designs advertising and marketing scheme with brand features and product feather
Minimum QualificationsQualifications
1) Robust consumer financial services online channel management experience
2) Strong track record of new business development and branding experience i.e. successful launch of new business and product
3) Strong track record of positive collaboration with top management in launch of new business
4) Deep relationships with Indonesian corporations i.e. e-commerce, telco, technology, financial service companies
5) Succesful track record in building Sales and marketing team, including establishing and monitoring effective KPIs for performance
6) Experience in working in multi-cultural working environment
7) Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication both speaking and writing
