Sales Executive For Horeca

Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Executive to focus on the Food Service and Hospitality industries. Your responsibilities will include selling, servicing, and distributing a range of products and equipment, such as tableware, glassware, kitchen utilities, food safety tools (including water filters), and machinery supporting restaurant operations. Operating in Jakarta and across most areas of Java with two distribution facilities, you will play a crucial role in our expanding business.

As a Sales Executive, you will:

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers within the HORECA sector.
• Identify new prospects and establish partnerships with potential clients.
• Understand customer needs and preferences, offering tailored product solutions.
• Implement sales strategies to meet targets effectively.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, including negotiating terms and finalizing transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics and customer service to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Regularly report to management on sales progress, challenges, and market opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the food service or HORECA industries.
• Excellent communication skills and a dynamic personality.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to engage with key stakeholders, from purchasing departments to decision-makers.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and diligent individual.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of food service and hospitality industry trends and practices.
