Job Description
- Identifying potential and build relationships with new clients.
- Acting as the point of contact for clients and internal company teams.
- Managing, organizing client accounts to know their needs.
- Monitoring and reporting on sales performance.
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
- Handling budgets and client invoices.
- Suggesting innovative ways to increase sales and enhance clients' experience.
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.
- Collecting payment for the goods and services.
Requirements
- 2 years of experienced in similar role
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities
- Ability to understand client needs and negotiate costs and services
- Proficiency with CRM software and an aptitude for learning new systems
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
- Experienced in administrative role reporting directly to upper management
- Experienced in overseeing budgets and expenses
- Experienced in developing internal processes and filing systems
- Experienced in similar industry and have working with international clients is preferrable
- Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek Area
