Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be working closely as a team member, and cooperating with Taiwan headquarter to expand and succeed the businesses in Indonesia. This position serves as a dedicated professional who can effectively utilize resources and knowledge to search for potential clients, respond to clients inquiries accurately and thoroughly and bring successful business performance
Qualifications:
- Min. Diploma preferably in Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry / Polymers / Business Management / Marketing
- Female or Male with minimum 3 years to maximum 6 years in Sales experience in the field of Plastics/ Polymers/ Petrochemicals/ Solvents will be advantageous
- Proficiency in English Language or Mandarin with Fluency in Mandarin (Intermediate Level) will be given a priority
- Previous sales working experiences in Japanese trading companies will be given preference

- Self-reflective, Fully Self-motivated, can work independently in a fast paced environment and under minimal supervision
- Always on the positive outlook for business result and success to meet set out Sales Target
- Must possess performance-driven with a dedication to achieving team goals and is critical to the success of the overall business
- Ability to use standard office software, such as Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel, etc
Essential Functions:
- Identifying and targeting potential clients and respond to clients inquiries accurately and thoroughly to succeed sales
- Actively acquire in-depth knowledge of company’s product portfolio and promote it to existing and new potential clients
- Develop, retain and sustain good relationship with key customers through periodic contacts to exchange market information, explore specific needs and anticipate new opportunities and growth area
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationship at all times
- Provide market intelligence regarding to market trend, competitor activities and provide recommendations and proposals with the aim to close deals and finalize contracts. Must also prepare and present sales reports , market study and forecast to Headquarter periodically
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by
Supervisor/Manager and/ or Head office - Generate demand with prospective and existing customers via phone calls, visits, to identify, qualify and cultivate opportunities
