Sales & Marketing Executive - SME
Responsibilities:
- Identifying, qualifying and securing business opportunities, following with building business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Developing customized targeted sales strategies.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning and forecasting.
- Goal oriented and committed to reaching profit and sales target.
- Prepare, package and present company services to potential clients.
- Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs), understanding client needs and offering solutions and support, answering and follow-up call questions.
- Develop project proposals that win new clients and retain existing clients.
- Develop project budgets in accordance with the company’s template, standard rates of items and proper profit margins.
- Manage workflows within the sales & marketing division to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Maintaining sales database of current and potential clients.
- Brainstorm with other divisions such as creative and production, to develop themes, creative and technical approaches.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) with any major from any reputable university.
- At least 3 years of working experience as part of Sales & Marketing division or as a part of Account Management Team in Event Organizer, Event Management or Advertising Agencies which handled private/corporate and or government events.
- Have a good record and have an excellent understanding in Entertainment Market, Marketing Communication, Event Production, and Brand Development Strategies.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
- Proficient in working with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel & Power Point)
- Will be placed to work in Jakarta.
