The primary function of the job is achieving targets for Sales and Order, also maintaining profitable margin and developing customer networking.
Responsibilities:
- Market development Plan strategy and market prospect analysis
- Developing new customer networks and nurturing customer relationship

- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas.
- Work closely with Product Manager and Regional Sales to develop customer–orientated products in application and solution.
- Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the organization.
- Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, and distribution strategies for area of responsibility.
- Manage distributors and support them on the technical aspects of the organization’s products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Min. S1 with technical background (Electrical, Mechanical engineering).
- Min. 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing (mechanical, electrical, instrumental items).
- Prior budget and financial accountability experience.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical application, sales, marketing, management and customer relations fields.
- Must have exemplary customer service skills.
- Good influencing skills and the ability to effectively deal with customers.
- Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills, willingness to learn, innovative, possess high self-initiated and maturity level, proactive / self-motivated and target oriented, strong problem-solving and decision-making capacity.
- Strong leader, team member, organizational planning skills and strong time management skills.
- Positive working attitude and able to work in both team and independently.
- Good English for both conversation & correspondence.
- Willing to travel throughout Indonesia.
