Position Overview: 

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Specialist with a focus on baby skin care products. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales, expanding market reach, and enhancing brand visibility. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and excellent communication skills to effectively promote and sell our range of baby skin care products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
• Identify and establish relationships with key retailers, distributors, and partners to expand product reach.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the team to create compelling promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and social media content tailored to our target audience.
• Analyze sales data and customers' feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.
• Plan and execute participation in relevant trade shows, conferences, and events to promote our baby skin care products.
• Provide training and support to retail staff to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Max Age: 30 y/o
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the baby skin care products industry.
• Strong understanding of the baby skin care market, including current trends and consumer preferences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop effective marketing campaigns.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media platforms.
