Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for monitoring monthly target and achievement
- Researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit & service improvements
- Create relationships with new clients & build good working relationships
- Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing support, information & guidance
- Responsible for after-sales services
- Handling the day-to-day operations related to Education Category
- Maintaining documents needs with legal and finance team
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new business opportunities
- Understand the needs of the business partner
- Conceptualize, develop and execute category campaign liaising with some internal stakeholders that related to campaign
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree and have minimal experience 1-3 years experience in eCommerce, edtech, or tech company
- Have a strong interest and/or experience in account management, business development, and sales and marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong business acumen and data-driven
- Strong analytical and negotiation skill
- Proactive & Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels and across all functions.
- Must be clear, concise, and convincing in communication both written and verbally
- Detail-oriented team player with good planning and problem-solving skills who is willing to go the extra miles
- Sense of urgency for incident resolutions
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
- Ability to gain a deep understanding of partner goals and objectives to structure a mutually beneficial solution
- Proven experience in navigating the complexities of internal and external partnerships.
- Able to lead own projects and provide essential updates
- Open for fresh graduate from Top Tier universities with min GPA of 3.3 out of 4
