Sales & Service Engineer

The Applicants for this position should have experience as a Technical Sales  or Service Engineer in instrumentation industry, and familiar with Scientific/Analytical instrumentation, good in communication and presentation skill, self-motivated, have personnel manage knowledge, fast learner and able to work independently with the following qualifications:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

• ·To provide new instrument installation, commissioning, and training to end user.
• ·To provide maintenance, repair and troubleshooting for existing equipment or instrument.
• ·Attending customer and distributor enquiry and issue.

TECHNICAL SALES SUPPORT: (QUOTATION)

• Prepare quotations for new equipment inquiry
• Prepare quotation  for service issue when system out of warranty
• Prepare quotations for parts and service contract
• Prepare Technical document tender
• Participating in the Aanwijzing tender
• Create of new product technical data
• MDR manufacture after finished product

INSTALLATION & SERVICE SUPPORT: 

• ·Responsible for the installation and getting the final acceptance from the customer
• ·Responsible for the maintenance of the installed base
• ·Responsible for keeping the demo equipment fully operational
• ·Provides customer service for all instrumentation
• ·Provides customer phone and e-mail support
• ·Performs field service for installations and repair
• ·Trains customers on software and hardware of instrument
• ·Perform upgrades, modification relocation of instruments
• ·Handles in-house customer repairs
• ·Promote service replacement parts, service maintenance
• ·Responsible for getting the acceptation documents for final payment

QUALIFICATION:

• ·Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical& Electronic Engineering/ Physic Engineering / Material Science Engineering / Chemical Engineering , or equivalent
• ·Minimum 1 years experience in the laboratory equipment industry.
• ·Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, calendar), preferably having experience using Ms. Project; Autocad 2013, min. 2D and CANVA
• ·Understand engineering specs, documents, & software engineering calculations
• ·Understand technical drawing (GA, P&ID, detail drawing, ASSY drawing)
• ·Knowledge basic project management
• ·Having good analytical thinking
• ·Proficient in English, both oral and written
• ·Possess own transport
