Job Description
Establish a robust network of distributors and retailers in IndonesiaDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve revenue goals.Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.Monitor sales performance metrics, such as sales volume, profitability, and market share, and take corrective actions as needed.Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities. The Successful Applicant Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the Jakarta market.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.Analytic abilities to interpret sales data and identify trends.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
