Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection of new team members.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Support the development and implementation of effective onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Employee Integration: Contribute to ensuring smooth integration of new hires into the agency's culture and positive offboarding experiences for departing team members.
- Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance appraisal and feedback processes.
- Training and Development: Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs and contribute to creating personalized growth plans.
- Conflict Resolution: Assist in handling conflicts and grievances, ensuring fair and transparent resolutions.
- Culture Promotion: Contribute to promoting and maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Team-Building Activities: Plan and organize team-building and wellness activities to foster a positive working environment.
- Learning and Development: Support the identification of growth opportunities for team members and contribute to creating a learning and development framework.
- Policy Maintenance: Assist in developing and maintaining People and Culture policies and procedures.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, collaborating with department heads for skill-building and career progression.
- Payroll and Benefits: Contribute to creating and maintaining accurate reporting on payroll, including proration, tax withholding, and allowances. Resolve administrative issues related to employee benefits.

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
- 2-3 Years of experience in HR functions, preferably in a creative or digital agency setting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, performance management, and HR policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in HRIS (Talenta) and MS Office Suite.
