Job Description
The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing strategies and content for Raffles Jakarta Social Media accounts and website.
- Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Designing and implementing Social Media strategy to align with business goals
- Planning and developing Social Media campaigns as well as handle the communications to the brand team.
- Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI
- Craft engaging & compelling content and being on top of the latest Social Media trends
- Utilize knowledge of best practices for Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
- Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Establish relationships with Social Media influencers to develop a strong network
Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience : A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Social Media management or a similar role, with experiences in creating effective Social Media strategies.
- Industry Specialization : Strong background in luxury hospitality marketing or related sectors, demonstrating a deep understanding of the unique demands and expectations of luxury hotel guests.
- Skills and Knowledge : A deep understanding of best practices across various Social Media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
The candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills to enable effective content creation. In addition, they must craft engaging and compelling content while staying updated on the latest trends in the dynamic Social Media landscape.
Organizational skills and the ability to multitask are also essential.
