Candidate must have Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Culinary school diploma or equivalent or minimum 2 Years experience in similar position and knowledge of herbs, organic products, kitchen operational procedures. Understanding of various cooking methods, dry ingredients, and equipment .Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks. English a plus.
