WESTERN/ITALIAN FOOD SOUS CHEF
Requirements and skills
Ø Bachelor Degree or Diploma Certificate in Culinary
Ø Minimum 5 years of experience as Western/Italian food Sous Chef from luxury hotel brands
Ø Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
Ø Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Ø Familiar with industry’s best practices
Ø Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
Ø Well-organized, attention to detail, leadership, interpersonal communication and problem solving.
