Serving Semi Fine dining Asian and Indonesian cuisine.
Our requirements:
- Two years prior experience in the same position & place
- Age maximum 35 years old
- Fluent in English
- Team Player and committed to the grind of hospitality life
- Good attitude, honest and keen to learn
- Expertise in Indonesian & Asian cuisine
- Able & familiar to creating dishes from local product
- Standard kitchen FIFO, HACCP, Mise en Place
- Residing in Bali
