Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Kitchen in managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
- Oversee food preparation, serving and storage.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to set standards and recipes.
- Responsible for the consistency and quality of the final product.
- Mentor and empower chefs and kitchen staff.
- Manage work schedules, tasks, and training.
- Participate in the planning and procurement of raw materials.
- Ensure that raw material stock is always sufficient.
- Conduct quality checks on all dishes before serving.
- Respond to feedback and make improvements where necessary.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of cooking techniques and current culinary trends.
- Constantly update and develop culinary skills.
- Take over kitchen leadership responsibilities when the Head of Kitchen is absent.
- Handle organization and operational tasks.
- Coordinate with restaurant managers and other departments to ensure effective cooperation.
- Provide input on menu planning and operational strategies.

- Hard working and ready to be deployed in Uluwatu area
