Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides Record employee’s attendance.
- Assist the recruitment process such as sourcing CV, scheduling interview, collect documents, and prepare onboarding needs.
- Support drafting HR SOP, Manual, and HR announcement (Occasionally).
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).
Qualifications
- Experience in related fields minimum 1 or 2 years
- Experience in F&B Industry is prefreable
- Have a great work ethic
- Strong administration skill and attention to detail
- Experienced in OSS, HRIS, and BPJS
- Proficientcy in Ms. Office
- Tersedia jam fleksibel
- Diperlukan 1 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
