- Supervise end to end HR activities within the company and manage employee lifecycle such as: Manpower planning, internal recruitment, assessment, onboarding, learning and development, performance appraisal, management culture and engagement, compensation and benefit, retention and succession planning, separation, standard operating procedure (SOP) and regulatory reporting.
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the business objectives and priorities.
- Working closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Establishing HR Policies; Make sure all activities and behavior within the company are aligned with the company's purpose, values, culture, and policies.
- Develop internal HR system/workflow/Standard Operating Procedure and make adjustments accordingly.
- Analyze and consult with management for current and future business needs.
- Willing to travel if needed (Site Area).
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in applicable fields such as Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience as Supervisor HR preferably in Heavy Equipment Business.
- Strong In English (Speaking and Writing).
- Strong background in planning and organizing team.
- Strong leadership, management skills, coaching skills, analytical and problem solving skills.
