Job Description:
- Responsible for preparing company regulations and employee handbooks in accordance with government policies, as well as assisting superiors in determining and adjusting departmental and job responsibilities;
- Responsible for building a comprehensive employee evaluation system and evaluating employee regularization, training and promotion;
- Responsible for business docking with group HR work, timely discovery and reporting of problems arising during the implementation of group requirements and other matters to superiors;
- Responsible for issuing requirements and notifications for various human resource management tasks, obtaining data and information related to human resource work in a timely manner, and guiding the team to complete various human resource tasks with quality and quantity
- Responsible for organizing and formulating the company's annual training plan, supervising its implementation and summarizing it;
- Responsible for organizing and formulating rules for company salary planning, performance appraisal and employee career development;
- Responsible for coordinating and handling employment relations between company employees and handling BPJS;
- Responsible for publishing human resources reports, such as monthly reports, annual reports, etc.
