Role & Responsibilities :
- Fulfilling hiring targets as the Company manpower plan.
- Handling Recruitment Process : Sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring employees, finalizing and orienting new employees.
- Conducting employer branding activities internally and externally (collaboration with campuses, job fairs, campus hiring, etc.).
- Developing and implementing recruitment plans and strategies designed to fulfill company staffing needs, and looking for the right human resources to meet the company's operational activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) - Psychology, from reputable University (any major are welcome to apply)
- Minimum 1 years working experience as a Recruiter , Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with Psychological Tools
- Familiar with MS Office applications
- Good personality and attitude, time management, and strong analytic skill
- Willing to Work under-pressure and tight deadlines target
