Responsibilities
- Desktop support in hardware and software
- Track, follow up and close cases within agreed SLA
- Provide solution for customer needs and issues
- Videotron software and hardware supports
- Undergo training for new systems and procedures
- Manage hardware and software distributed to employees
- Provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Provide new content (image, video, or pdf manual) for customer and promotional support.
Requirements
- Knowledge in Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of Videotron Ecosystem Would Be A Plus
- Fluent in spoken English. (fluent in Mandarin would be a plus)
- Patient and pleasant personality
