Requirement :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any discipline of education and people management Have experience in related position minimum 2 years (HR from Retail, F&B or FMCG Industries).
- Ability to lead, facilitate and evaluate the full cycle of training deployment from Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Individual Development Plan (IDP), module development, method and delivery of training (including conduct Hard & Soft Skill face-to-face training in Class, Virtual and e-Learning).
- Able to Collect, Analyst, and Review Training Performance on a daily and monthly basis.
- Excel in conceiving, organizing, and executing development training projects.
- Great Character, Charismatic, Good Communicator, and Interpersonal skills.
- Strong Integrity, Initiative, and Executor.
- Proficient in English (both Oral and Written).
- Able to do the Recruitment process in the Remboelan Group Head Office.
