We need a person with the ability to learn fast, know how to do market research and know how to handle government institution customs. Know how to break silence and lobby in our favor when facing the expected partner and government stakeholders. The most important is attractive personality is what we looking for.
What You Will Do
- Support Transport and Logistic Strategic team in preparing presentation documents, talking points, analysis prior to engagement with Government
- Support Transport and Logistic Strategic team in administrative tasks (letters, invitations, proposals, reimbursements, etc.)
- Follow up and monitor Transport and Logistic Strategic team Program and Activities
- Manage, monitor, and follow up on weekly reports with Transport and Logistic Product Stream
- Compile, Identify and analyze Transport and Logistic Strategic issues and monitor results based on proposed and implemented solutions by Transport and Logistic Strategy Leaders
- Support Transport and Logistic Strategic team in research and data needs (for example, Transport Integration with Bus operator in Indonesia)
- Collaboration with internal teams for social media & media exposures
- Handle PMO for each project from admin preparation and ceremony with related stream team
What You Will Need
- Open for fresh grad and 1-2 years experience
- Ability to doing profiling and market research
- Excellent communication skills (as a storyteller) to all levels of teams, including various stakeholders with ease and efficiency
- Experience in doing business development and cold calling open communication for expected partner.
Transport and Logistic strategy team for B2G (Business with Government) handles the main product of Gojek in doing business development and collaboration with the Government market. This team accelerates penetration and integration, especially handling with a holistic approach following government needs. Know how to understand the regulation, new public policy and dealing with government stakeholders.
