Chief Travel Designer
KPI Target:
1. Conversion Rate: >60% (leads to invoice)

1. Promptly respond to customer travel inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, or in-person through various channels while also serving as the primary contact for recommending suitable travel options within the company's approved system.
2. Confirmed itineraries or services with clients, maintained records of approval to prevent disputes and prepared quotations based on discussed requirements with accurate pricing details.
3. Keep track of clients' and suppliers' travel documents, plans, orders, and payments for compliance while handling daily updates and distributing travel-related paperwork, including booking confirmations, invoices, credits, and pre/post-travel billing documents.
4. Negotiate and collaborate with authorized travel suppliers to secure the best deals and availability to improve margins and revenue.
5. Supervise the timely completion of all client requests for bookings and project readiness, addressing field issues and escalating to management as required until the client's return home.
6. Identify unforeseen risk issues and escalate them to supervisors, managers, and higher management for preventive action.
7. Set an example by leading and ensuring adherence to company guidelines on selling margins, refunds, cancellations, compliance procedures, and budgets across all travel teams in different departments.
8. Find substitute suppliers to handle unresponsive or problematic travel brief instances and alleviate bottlenecks.
9. Oversee the effectiveness of booking procedures, handle issues promptly, and uphold travel brief quality checklists.
10. Manage and distribute workload to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for new travel requests, aligning with company objectives.
11. Identify and prioritize the company's preferred travel partners and transform them into profitable TRAVEL PRODUCTs.
12. Suggest and prioritize distinctive TRAVEL PRODUCTs that are different from competitors while maintaining quality and aligning with the company's positioning, catering to client demands.
13. Consistently enhance the company's standard operating procedures, streamline business processes, and uphold efficiency, workforce health, and performance throughout all departments while ensuring high-quality standards.

Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree or above.
- More than 3 years experience in tourism or complex project management is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using technology.
- Knowledge of different cultures and customs
- A meticulous eye for detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in fast-paced chronological analysis.
- Above-average proficiency in organizing and managing data files.
- Competent in time management and overseeing traffic flow or logistics.
- Possess a passport and have travelled abroad.
